Andrew Baughen studied Business Finance in London and then worked as a management consultant in banking strategy. His first career shift came when he went to Oxford to study theology. He then invested 20 years as a Vicar, developing and leading Saint James Clerkenwell, a church passionate about evangelism in London’s design and tech district.
His second career shift came having completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School, where he is now Honorary Visiting Fellow. He now combines business and theology as he develops a ‘theotech’ startup called Soulful Enterprise which measures the wide range of value a soul-full rather than a soul-less organization generates (soulfulenterprise.org).
Andrew is an author and speaker on church strategy and is developing an evangelism strategy course for church leaders. He is also a director of The School of Faith which runs TED Talk style events connecting the curious with the core message of Christianity (theshooloffaith.org).
Andrew is married to Rachel and they have two daughters. He enjoys cycling, photography and eating dessert.
